How we invest

Our strategy can be broken down into three buckets:

Generals
Enduringly profitable businesses, often led by the founder, with long growth runways, when they are available at an attractive valuation

Activist
Investments in undervalued securities where we seek to create a catalyst to realise the value

Work-outs
Investments in situations that are dependent on a readily identifiable corporate event, such as mergers, demergers, liquidations, tender offers or divestments
